I joined Market House Dental when I relocated to this area to be nearer to my daughter and son-in-law. I really was not keen on having to see a new dentist at the grand old age of 84. I need not have worried, as I have been treated with utmost kindness by both Dr Murray and Dr Joy. I first attended Market House in 2010, very much a dental phobic. Roger and his team immediately made me feel relaxed and helped to rebuild my confidence in visiting the dentist.
Roger carried out the placement of two implants to secure my lower denture and also provided me with an upper denture. The treatment was so successful that, 16 years later, I am still wearing the same dentures with no problems at all from the implants.
The care I received from Roger was second to none, and I will always be incredibly grateful for the confidence he gave me to smile again. His kindness, expertise and understanding completely transformed my experience of dentistry.

I have used Market House Dentists for 5 years now and found them most professional and caring. This opinion is based on a series of treatments for 3 different teeth (extraction, filling and replacement) The advantage is that they use the most advanced technology (e.g. 3D scanning) and provide a service that is always focused on the patient. I can especially recommend Dr Joymon who on one occasion went beyond the call of duty, by seeing me at 8.30 on a Friday evening. I shall be back for my six monthly check up in 2027. I have a terrible fobia, probably bordering fear of the need for dental work! I have been using Market House now for around 16 years and feel safe, relaxed and calm in the knowledge that I will recieve first class genuine care and professionalism from Roger and his team. I have had some quite difficult and invasive procedures done over the years, must have been a challenge for them, however, I  have always been treated with the utmost respect, I cannot recommend them more highly. Roger is an exceptional dentist.  His defining trait is that he cares for the long term health of your teeth.

He wants that same smile when you’re 90 as you have today.  The team (dentist and hygienist) monitor gum and teeth condition over the years and recommend the minimum treatment at the optimal moment to preserve the long term health.  No treatment is offered if not required and problems are always consulted on and addressed.

Today I attended an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction and was feeling extremely anxious and shaky beforehand. Both the dentist Dr Murray and the dental nurse were exceptionally kind, calm, and reassuring throughout the appointment. They took their time, did not rush me in any way, and made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease.

Their compassionate and patient approach had a significant positive impact on my experience and has truly restored my confidence in dental treatment. I am due to have another wisdom tooth extraction in July, and I now feel much more relaxed and reassured knowing the high standard of care I received and that nothing was too much trouble for them.
