Complaints Procedure

We aim to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service.  However if you should have a complaint, we will always endeavour to resolve your concerns as quickly and courteously as possible.  For a copy of our Patient Complaints Procedure, please contact Reception or our Practice Manager.

Patient Confidentiality

We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously. All personal information is treated in the strictest confidence. Only members of staff have access to patient information, and all patient records are securely stored to ensure that any patient information is only accessed as part of your treatment.

No information will ever be released to a third party without your expressed permission. To see a copy of our Patient Confidentiality policy, or if you would like further information regarding your rights to view your patient records, please contact us.
