24/03/20Letter to Our Patients 24th March; Surgery Operations During Covid-19 Outbreak
To our patients at Market House,
I trust you are well and staying safe.
We made the decision to close the surgery last weekend. We have postponed all appointments for the next 3 weeks but this will likely extend to at least the end of April. Normal services may be disrupted for at least 3 months. If any automated reminders go out by accident between now and the end of April, please ignore them. We will have been in contact already, personally.
At this point, we remain here for you and your emergency care. We will take your calls and messages and support your urgent dental needs. We will have a skeleton staff operating, so I ask for your understanding during this incredibly challenging time.
Online booking has been turned off for the time being. Normal services will resume as soon as we are able.
Please email or write to the surgery for any non-urgent communications. Our answerphone may be on if we cannot take direct calls. This will also publish our normal emergency phone number (01243 537310). That number will route through to my personal mobile phone. If I cannot answer it, please leave a message and I will call you back.
You can keep up to date with us on our website homepage and in the news section at https://markethousesurgery.co.uk/
We will take orders for your usual dental sundries from tooth brushes to mouth wash. Please email us at reception@markethousesurgery.co.uk and we will post them out to you.
Please take care of yourselves. Drink plenty of water, try to exercise around your home where you can, keeping good social distancing. Remember, brush and floss and maintain good home care! When we do return to normal care, we hope to see bright shiny smiles!
Yours sincerely,
Roger J Scholes
On behalf of your team at Market House Dental Practice
