It’s always been said that good customer service goes a long way – and we couldn’t agree more.
Following our team’s visit to the BDIA Dental Showcase at Birmingham’s NEC in October, we were delighted to take delivery this month of our fantastic new dental surgery stools.
The Dental Showcase is an annual 3-day expo celebrating all that is new and exciting within the dental sector, and is considered to be the most important event in dentistry.
Here at Market House we are passionate about our patients’ care during their visit to the practice, so we were keen to share our thoughts and gain advice from knowledgeable associations whilst we were at the event. We were also keen to build relationships with current and potential suppliers within the industry.
One of the suppliers we were particularly impressed with was dental stool supplier ‘Score BV’ who are based in the Netherlands. We visited their stand, chatted with their representative Tom Smit and ordered our new stools to be delivered to the practice later.
The story doesn’t end there. We were delighted when our fabulous new stools arrived, and after reporting a minor query with the product, were amazed to find Tom himself standing on our doorstep having come over in person from the Netherlands to see us in the practice. Indeed, all part of Score BV’s excellent customer service!
