We offer professional whitening that will help lighten the colour of your natural teeth. There is no damage or removing of the tooth’s surface, therefore this is a safe and simple procedure. You should never whiten your teeth without being advised by your dentist first.
How does it work?
We will take a digital scan of your mouth to create bespoke trays that fit the shape and contours of your mouth and teeth. Whitening gel is placed into these trays, which are then inserted into your mouth, fitted around your teeth.
The treatment lasts 2-4 weeks and is first done by your dentist at our Chichester practice. After the initial visit, we will provide you with a mouthguard so that you can apply the whitening gel and whiten your teeth in the comfort of your own home. We recommend having the gel on your teeth for at least 30 minutes, and sometimes overnight.
Alternatively, we can also provide a whitening treatment in a shorter amount of time that occurs in just a single visit with us!
